FAQS
You have questions about what it means to approach life holistically. Well we have both answers and services to assist you in being deliberate about your health and happiness choices.
What does holistic mean?
Holistic refers to addressing the whole person, including their physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health, while taking social and environmental factors into consideration.
What are the three principles of holistic health?
The unity of body, mind, spirit and the systems in which they live are the focal points of holistic health. The goal of holistic health practitioners is to promote health, prevent illness and help raise awareness of dis-ease in our lives rather than merely managing symptoms. This often involves multiple complimentary medicines and alternative healthcare practices that can overlap with modern-day western medicine, but will go beyond the singular treatment of symptoms to support more than just the physical body.
