McCall for an online self-care  workshop using  Yoga, Self-Massage & Essential oils to boost your immune system. By systematically cultivating feelings of loving-kindness for Self via deliberate self-care, one develops practices designed to experience inner balance, happiness, equanimity, and inner resolve. Simultaneously  theses therapeutic techniques promotes self-compassion (karuna) and sympathetic joy (mudita). 

Experience on-the-mat Yoga practice and a mindful Self-Massage Meditation while using essential oils. Each of holistic care practices will boost the immune system in the following ways:

Yoga helps lower stress hormones that compromise the immune system, while also conditioning the lungs and respiratory tract, stimulating the lymphatic system to oust toxins from the body, and bringing oxygenated blood to the various organs to ensure their optimal function.


Self-massage can boost your immunity by stimulating the lymph nodes and helping fluid move through the vessels. A gentle touch, no more than the weight of your hand can improve your immunity.
