Breathe Balance Energize® is a Black, Woman owned business specializing holistic self-care spa for women and men alike. We offer wellness services such as Reiki, Guided Meditation, Yoga, Sound Therapy & more to counter stress culture. We are located in SE Atlanta, GA offering our services both virtually and in the homes and corporate offices of our Clients.
